It has been un seasonally warm here in Brisbane which has motivated me to do some Spring cleaning, getting rid of the old and making way for the new. In the process I have decided that apart from cleaning out my belongings I better also give my body a clean out, so have decided to do a detox. I have looked at detox plans from 3 days to 3 weeks and have decided to keep it simple with this 3 day plan, link below. They suggest a Friday, Saturday and Sunday so that you can rest on the W/E.
Remember to eat mindfully and enjoy your food and enable yourself to digest the life force of this food to give you energy and vitality. Eat slowly, it takes 20 minutes for the stretch receptors in the gut to signal the brain that you are full. Eating is a ritual and celebration to be shared and I don’t mean to share with the TV!
